Bry Bowden is not only the founder of Blush Factory, he's also an actor, comedian, writer, singer, and your kitchen sink.
He started own Hip-Hop improv duo, RIOT! with actor and rapper Josh "Rowdy" Rowsey. The duo wowed audiences and headlined Mettlesome Comedy's The Racket along with various DSI Comedy shows. They have performed at the North Carolina Comedy Arts Festival, The Providence Improv Fest, and The Del Close Marathon. In 2016, they headlined the New South Comedy Festival. As a solo improviser, Bry currently performs with High 5, D.A.W.G. Improvised Wrestling, Improv Noir, and DSI's touring company.
In 2014 Bry started his own improvised adventure podcast PASS the MASH along with co-host James McMahon. The show quickly became a sensation, featuring local and international improvisers for an hour (or two) of improvised fun. Bry currently produces podcasts such as The Savage Bastards with co-host Justin McNeil, where the two chat about pop culture and social issues as well as The Blush Round Table, in which he chats about comedy with fellow comedians.
Bry is an award winning actor, singer and dancer most recently appearing in Company Carolina's production of The Producers. He has also starred in Hairspray, Urinetown, and various sketch comedy shows. He currently performs with Capelico, Theatre Delta, The Dinner Detective, and shows off his Barry White-esque with Vox Virorum Men's Chorus.
