Justin “McReal” McNeil is a co-host at Blush Factory Comedy.  McNeil got the name McReal because of the unmeasurable amount of realness he brings to his daily activities. He is a software engineer by day and a comedian, actor, writer and improvisor by night. McNeil has performed standup and improv at the 2015 and 2016 NC Comedy Arts Festival and has been featured on DSI Comedy Theater's Pork. When he is not behind a computer desk, you can find McNeil on the stages of DSI Comedy Theater, Northside, Comedy Zone, Zogs and any other stage that will have him. Along with his friend Andrew Gleason, he founded the monoscene improv duet HS2.  McNeil has also been on a number of teams including Wildcard, Code Orange, Eleventh Heaven, Support Group and Versus Hip-Hop Improv.
